How we got here.

Driven by a simple conviction, one of the UK’s fastest-growing car park companies has emerged.

The Agena Group was founded in 2019 with the aim of fundamentally transforming car park management: moving away from manual checks, opaque processes and short-term penalty schemes, towards a technology-enabled, data-driven and fair solution for operators, tenants and drivers alike.

In less than five years, the group has become one of the largest and fastest-growing car park operators in the UK.

More than 9,000 sites across the retail, hospitality, residential property, healthcare and education sectors are currently managed by the Group’s specialist brands. Over 1.3 billion ANPR events have been processed. And we are the first car park operator in the UK to have achieved CO₂ neutrality certification – because for us, sustainability is not just a marketing buzzword.

In 2026, we will bring this success story to Germany: with our own local team, dedicated contacts and the Group’s tried-and-tested technology behind us.

Park Watch was founded in 2013 and joined the Agena Group in 2020. The company is now home to ‘Manage My Car Park’, the self-service ticketing app that allows you to regain control of your private property and parking spaces without having to rely on comprehensive car park management services.
